Rental Fees and Boat Standards
Most important factor determines the price on the boat type is the number of guests. Yet, there are other factors which impacts the rental fees and boat standards:

 

  • The most important factor is the date range. Prices at what is called the “low season” which includes the months of April, May, September and October are relatively lower than the prices at what is called the “high season” which includes the months of June, July, August and also national&religious holidays.
  • Additional staff requirement such as stewards&stewardess’
  • Additional comfort and luxury items on board such as Jacuzzi and sauna.
  • AC usage on indoor spaces and cabins
  • Size and equipments inside the cabins and WCs.
  • Additional need for equipment such as water maker.
  • Need for TV and/or DVD at the lounge or cabins.
  • The duration of electric supply (city standard: 220v) per day during your cruise
  • Wi-Fi network
  • Availability of water sports activities on board such as windsurf, jetski paddle board, canoe, wake board, waterski are also factors which determines the cost and the standard of the boat.

To Be Cautious Of On Boat

Eventhough boats in our days are developed and sophisticated enough to offer a home comfort, there are still some details to comply with to maximize pleasure.

 

  • As the clean water capacity is limited on the boat, water consumption should be watched out for.
  • In order to avoid the high frequency of porting to drain the dirty water, water consumption should be watched out for.
  • As the toilet pipes are smaller compared to reguar house-fit ones and have different draining methods, it is extremely important to avoid throwing matters (i.e. toilet paper) inside the toilet closets.
  • All the power sockets on boat needs to be used according to the instructions.
  • It is important for your health and safety to inform us and the boat captain of your health history and any conditions you may have.

Early Booking
Any boat of your preference is unique and different than any other on the sea. In order to get on board of your main preferred boat on your preferred dates, early booking is crucial.

Rental Terms
The most convenient boat and the route will be determined upon the number of guests, expectations and the age range of the guests. The agenda alongside with the cruise contract will be delivered to you following deciding on food, beverages and other options you may ask for. The booking will be confirmed following your payment of 50% of the tour price.
 
Cancellation
Cancellation may be proceed taking the below points into account:

  1. Cancellations until 14 days prior to the cruise date would be refunded in full.
  2. 30% of the whole price will be deducted for the cancellations made upto 60 days prior to the cruise.
  3. 30% of the whole price will be deducted for the cancellations made upto 90 days prior to the cruise.
  4. Refund will be made 30 days following the cancellation request.

 
Our Obligations and Responsibilities
The contracts made for the confirmed reservations complies with the Turkish Law. In case where the service cannot be provided on the confirmed date due to a force majeur (weather conditions, boat breakdown etc.) , Tekne ile Tatil is obliged to provide you with an alternative solutions upon your selected course and comfort package within 24 hours.Whole of our fleet is covered with insurance which also protects you as a 3rd party. Yet, we encourage you to have a personal travel insurance with a higher coverage.
